Solensis is a tribute to the solar system and its influences on the Earth, Nature and the vines. The sun allows the concentration of sugar, colour and tannins in the berries, while the moon strongly influences the growth of the vines through its action on the flow of sap. Like the two stars of the solar system, the Moon and the Sun, the two grape varieties of this wine, Grenache and Syrah, complement each other, each bringing the best of the terroirs of the South of France where the sun has an exceptional presence.
