If you notice any damage when you receive your package, please notify us right away; send pictures of the broken items and we will arrange for a prompt replacement. The Wine Shop (Gibraltar) LTD will pay return shipping costs for a product that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, or is not the product that was originally ordered.
