Los Caireles Manzanilla Pasada en Rama
Basically “En Rama” Manzanilla is unfiltered sherry. This gives the Manzanilla a more full taste of roasted almonds, I got a hint of marzipan, which was a nice thing. Nice amount of acidity to give it the crisp dryness it has and smooth going down. Simply have chilled on a hot summers afternoon with some boquerones or some salted roasted almonds.
