Domaine Seguin Pouilly Fumé

Don’t know what it is with Pouilly Fume but when I taste it’s like having a luxury Sauvignon Blanc in my glass. the citrus and apple aromas seem to be softer, with hints of peach. In mouth, yes it’s dry, but you don’t get the sharp dry a Sauv Blanc form the new world gives you, just enough acidity and citrus flavours for a short yet refreshing finish. a beautiful Fumé.
